    - $35 per hour A bit about us: A leading U.S.-based manufacturer is seeking experienced Mold Maintenance Technicians to join its growing team.

    This is a hands-on role supporting production by maintaining, cleaning, and repairing molds ranging from 500 to 1600 tons.

    Candidates should be mechanically inclined, dependable, and open to working on either shift with occasional overtime.

    Pay Range:
    $25–$35/hr depending on experience

    Growth Opportunities:

    Advancement available through structured technician and maker levels (Tech → Maker 1, 2, 3) Job Details Perform changeovers, cleaning, polishing, and repair on large-scale molds Operate manual and CNC equipment to complete necessary maintenance Troubleshoot mold-related issues and ensure production readiness Maintain tools, equipment logs, and a clean work environment Order and track parts as needed Qualifications Experience with mold repair and maintenance preferred Familiarity with both manual and CNC machining Understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems Ability to read blueprints and maintenance instructions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Interested in hearing more?
