- Provide consistent, reliable preventative maintenance for all WWL accounts. This includes all our WWL dispensing equipment and should be done every four weeks unless alternative scheduling has been set up. Seasonal adjustments will be made during our one on one discussions.
- Fill out service reports for all departments within the defined service period for the account and get signature. This ensures the customer has a written record of our visit and has all the necessary information demonstrating that a proper PM was made or shares vital information in the event of a needed repair or accountability for a health inspector visit.
- Keep all your chemical test kits stocked, updated, and protected from freezing to maintain accuracy for pH, sanitizer, detergent, rinse ml, water quality checks, etc.
- Maintain a healthy inventory of service parts on the work van to ensure proper servicing while in the field. Also notify management of the parts used and make sure the customer gets invoiced for the parts, labor, trip charge, etc. in a timely manner. (a day or two)
- Respond to all emergency calls withing two hours by phone and set up an acceptable plan of action with the customer for service. This may include nights and weekends to meet the customer's needs. You may need to push or pull the account visitations to perform emergency service visits.
- Assist with any needed deliveries that come up.
- Look for upsell opportunities within the WWL category to grow the business and increase profits where possible.
- Maintain a reasonable par of products within the customer's location to provide adequate supply without over stocking or allowing the customer to run out.
- Clean driving record
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management and follow through clients & team.
- Must be extremely mechanical to be able to work on conveyor dish machines, bar machines and chemical dispensing equipment. Must be able to learn, program and diagnosis all related functioning equipment pertinent to our work areas as well as the customer's work area.
- IPad or Surface Pro skills to create orders and communicate with the office and keep up with emails and order generation.
- Kind, thoughtful person with good hygiene.
- Willingness to learn and attend tech schools if needed.
- Comfortable driving a large service van and traversing the service area(s). This includes Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and North Dakota. Additional locations for managers are Florida and Colorado.
