    :


    The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for interviewing, assessing, and referring applicants for retail, clerical, administrative and management positions throughout the company.


    • Retail Recruiting.
    • Partners with business managers and generalists to source candidates and fill open positions with high quality talent.
    • Ensures alignment of recruiting activities with business goals and objectives.
    • Determines appropriate recruiting strategies based on position competencies and requirements.
    • Performs targeted candidate searches; multi- channeling via employee referrals, the Internet, unsolicited resumes, social networks, cold calling, and field recruitment.
    • Reviews and screens resumes, consults with district manager on candidate slates.
    • Conducts phone screens and assessment interviews and facilitates candidate feedback process.
    • Maintains accuracy of candidate status in the HRIS system PDS, and other reports throughout the entire recruiting process.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    Recruiting and interviewing experience is preferred.
