Job DescriptionAbout Us: APPI Architectural Panel Products is a leading and innovative player in the manufacturing industry, specializing in decorative plywood for wall paneling, cabinets and yacht interiors. As we expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as machine operators.

Position Overview: We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to contribute to our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines. This position involves various tasks within the manufacturing facility and offers an opportunity for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly, production, and packaging of goods
Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Handle and move materials within the facility
Assist in other manufacturing-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus
Previous experience in woodworking is a plus
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Forklift training and certification is a plus
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
