Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled persons

Qualifications:
Licensed LVN in the State of Texas - required1+ years' experience as an LVN - preferredExperience with Hospice or Home Health - preferredEffective written and verbal communicationAbility to travel - must have reliable transportationClean background, drug screen, and driving recordBenefits:Semi-monthly pay periods
