    One of our top financial services clients has an immediate opening for an Application Support Specialist.

    This is an opportunity to impact our clients platform from the ground floor. This is apart of a 3-7 year roadmap to modernize legacy applications and get their software ready for the cloud. You will have an opportunity to be apart of this modernization and grow within the enterprise.

    Primary responsibilities include:

    - Provide second-level technical support to a suite of applications, resolving escalated issues efficiently and effectively

    -Collaborate closely with Tier 1 support and other internal teams to investigate and diagnose complex technical problems

    - Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools (Python, Bash, Powershell) to streamline support processes and enhance system monitoring

    - Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring issues

    - Act as a subject matter expert for our contact center technologies (NICE and Nexidia), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance

    - Proactively identify opportunities to improve application stability, performance, and user experience

    -Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices for knowledge-sharing and training purposes

    Successful candidates will have:

    -3+ years of experience in Application Support or a similar role

    -Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, and/or Powershell

    -Solid understanding of contact center technologies, with hands-on experience with NICE and/or Nextiva
