Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Brookfield, WI. This role is part of a small but efficient AP team. Your main task will be handling half of the US invoices based on an alphabetical split. You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. If you have a minimum of two years of full-cycle AP experience, this position could be a great match for you.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

Process Vendor Invoices
Analyze Accounts
Reconcile Expense Reports and Process Payments
Take part in Month-End Closing Activities
Match Purchase Orders to Invoices and Receipts

Requirements:

Two or more years of accounts payable experience
Preferably, experience in the Manufacturing industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Professionalism with effective communication skills

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
