    About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assistant to join our team at Children's Hospital Boston. This is a 32 hour per week position working nights, with every third weekend. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of clinical experience and strong communication skills.

    Job Description: As a Clinical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients in various settings. This includes assisting patients with feeding and hygiene, obtaining and recording routine information, transporting patients and supplies, and identifying unusual findings or changes in patient condition.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide basic direct care to patients under regular supervision
    • Assist patients with daily living activities such as feeding and hygiene
    • Obtain and record routine information such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
    • Transport patients, supplies, and equipment as needed
    • Identify and report unusual findings or changes in patient condition

    Requirements: To qualify, you must have 1 year of clinical experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work on a team. Strong computer skills are preferred but not required. Experience working with children is strongly preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required.
