$215 Hr
Type of Patients:
Adults, older adults and some peds
Worksite Setting:
Clinic/OutpatientSchedule: 3 days a week 8 hr.
shift – Schedule will vary by week but we can be flexible to accommodate the provider if they prefer a blocked scheduling (For example, Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri).
Clinic is not open on weekends so workdays are Mon-Fri only and hours are typically 8am-5pm but some patients may request an earlier or later appointment on a case by case basisNo CallPPD:
