- The Fellowship Program Coordinator, under direction from the Education Manager and Fellowship Program Directors, is primarily responsible for managing the Neurology ACGME accredited Fellowship Programs (Vascular, Neuromuscular, and Epilepsy). The coordinator is also responsible for three non-ACGME accredited Fellowship Programs (Clinical Neuromuscular Pathology, Neuro-Ophthalmology, and Movement Disorders) as well as other educational activities with the Neurology Education section.
- Assist the Program Director in developing and maintaining the educational quality of the training program & ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Acts as an important liaison between fellows, fellowship directors, faculty, participating sites, and institutional and regulatory offices.
- Guides fellows on program and GME policies, and non‐clinical aspects of the program.
- Coordinates accreditation activities ‐ ACGME Site Visits, Special Reviews, Annual Program Evaluations, etc.

Join the School of Medicine's Department of Neurology as the Fellowship Program Coordinator at the Senior, Intermediate or Principal Professional level. This is a full-time university staff position. The program coordinator is responsible for managing the day to operations of the assigned fellowship programs (~10 fellows), ensuring a smooth flow of planning, preparation and execution of activities related to maintaining program accreditation, recruitment, orientation, and evaluation.
