**Description**

**Essential Functions**

Achieve monthly sales goals through the sale or rental of new and used furniture

Assist customers with rental furniture by completing all rental contracts, creating reservations, and scheduling deliveries/pickups/additions in the software platform

Update advertising through Craigslist, Facebook, and window painting

Assist in other marketing campaigns

Assist in creating restock orders for the store

Assist in picking appropriate furniture in ABODAs warehouse for rental customers as needed

Merchandise, price, and touch up used furniture

Complete daily cash procedures and reporting paperwork

Communicate and facilitate resolution for any billing issues with rental customers

Assist customer with furniture loadouts, to include moving and/or lifting up to 50 pounds

**Required Education & Experience**

Previous sales experience

Good customer service skills

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

High School diploma/GED

**Preferred Education & Experience**

General knowledge of MS Windows, Office and Outlook

Design experience desirable

Prior furniture sales experience

**Supervisory Responsibilities**

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities but may provide cross-training to other staff members.
