Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Paramedic to join our Patient Care Team. This hybrid clinical/telehealth setting requires the ability to communicate effectively, remain calm under pressure, and make critical decisions in delivering high quality patient care.In this role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient triage, evaluating symptoms, and providing appropriate advice and recommendations to patients in urgent situations.,
- Utilize telecommunication equipment such as video, phone, email, messaging to provide high-quality care. ,
- Communicate with pre hospital providers to ensure compliance with patient refusals. ,
- Provide patient follow-up for patients after ambulance transport or on scene treatment. ,
