    Job Description:

    Position Overview:


    As a Matrixx OCS Specialist, you will be responsible for the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Matrixx Online Charging System.

    You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate real-time charging, rating, and policy enforcement for our telecommunications services.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Matrixx OCS Management:
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Matrixx Online Charging System.
    Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability.
    Implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency and functionality.

    Real-time Charging and Rating:Configure and maintain charging and rating rules for various telecommunications services.
    Monitor real-time usage data to ensure accurate and timely charging for subscribers.
    Optimize charging algorithms and pricing plans to maximize revenue.


    Policy Enforcement:

    Define and enforce policies related to service quality, usage limits, fair usage policies, and more.
    Collaborate with network and policy management teams to ensure policy consistency.


    Subscriber Management:

    Maintain subscriber profiles, accounts, and balances within the Matrixx OCS.Address subscriber inquiries related to billing and charging.


    Integration and Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including billing, network, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of the Matrixx OCS with other systems.
    Participate in project teams for system enhancements and new service launches.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Experience working with Matrixx Online Charging System (OCS) in a telecommunications environment.
    Strong understanding of real-time charging, rating, and policy enforcement principles.
    Proficiency in telecom billing, subscriber management, and policy enforcement.
    Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic telecom environment.
