Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive patient care and play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Duties:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Perform cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Adhere to patient care standards and protocols
Provide care for patients in assisted living facilities, including dementia care and memory care.

Skills:

Proficient in performing cardiac catheterization procedures
Strong patient care skills with the ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
Knowledge of aseptic technique to maintain a sterile environment during procedures
Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Experience in interpreting medical imaging results and incorporating them into treatment plans
