    Description

    An exceptional full service mid-size firm, that prides themselves on providing the most high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses is seeking to add a dynamic associate attorney to join our Community Associations and Real Estate practice group. Ideal candidates will have prior real estate transactional experience; however, experience in community associations is not required.

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    The associate attorney will be responsible for writing demand letters and counseling community associations in the preparation, interpretation, and enforcement of Bylaws, CC&Rs, contracts, and association Rules and Regulations. In addition, the associate attorney will be responsible for assisting with commercial real estate transactions, including conducting due diligence, including title and survey review, negotiating, drafting, and reviewing real estate agreements, including leases and purchase and sale agreements. We prefer this attorney to be in-office with some hybrid flexibility.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

    Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited university & licensed to practice law in California

    Attention to detail

    Strong analytical, research, and writing skills

    Ability to work collaboratively with others

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Commitment to professional development and continuous learning

    At least one to two years of attorney experience at a law firm
