We are currently seeking a Property Preservation/Maintenance Technician to join our team Applicants must have a vehicle that can tow a trailer and a smart phone with access to data.

Responsibilities:

• Light roof work, debris removal, lock changes and various maintenance tasks.
• Trimming trees, shrubs, and completing grass cuts.
• Taking property condition photos, as well as photos documenting all work completed.
• Driving to multiple locations will be required.

​Qualifications:

• Must have a vehicle that can tow a trailer.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must be willing to work 50 hrs weekly, minimum.
