Hospital is seeking Locum Cardiovascular Surgeon to provide float pool coverage starting ASAP

• M-F 7a5p
• 1 in 3 call week rotation
• Call weeks include day shift, overnight (5p7a) and weekend 24 call

• Predominately Routine Cases

• CABs, Valves etc.
• CABs/Valves/etc: 250

Standbys:

• TAVR: 200
• Clips: 100
• Lead extractions: 35

Procedures include:

• Aortic aneurysms
• Aortic dissections
• Atrial fibrillation surgery
• Cardiac valve repair and replacement
• Carotid endarterectomy
• Congenital heart surgery
• Coronary artery bypass surgery
• Esophageal surgery (minimally invasive)
• Heart failure xhuatnn surgery
• Heart transplant surgery
• Left ventricular assist device (LVAD) surgery
• Lung surgery
• Minimally invasive and robotic heart surgery
• Thoracoscopic surgery
• Required: MN license or IMLC
