    We're looking for a driven and personable Outside Sales Engineer to join the Memphis team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a well-established territory with active accounts - and the potential to build even more.
    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, technical sales environment and is excited about building long-term customer relationships while being rewarded for performance.

    What you'll be doing:
    • Manage and grow sales with contractors, industrial clients, facilities, wholesalers, and consulting engineers
    • Influence project specifications to promote company-preferred products and systems
    • Conduct take-offs, quotations, and application-based selling
    • Provide technical guidance and assist with system design
    • Lead educational product seminars and customer training sessions
    • Track and manage opportunities using CRM and reporting tools
    • Meet with clients on-site regularly to maintain strong relationships
    • Support company sales goals and factory promotions
    What we're looking for:
    • Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Technical sales field preferred) or equivalent experience
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Desire to grow and earn
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and build rapport with clients
