    Brief Job Overview/Summary


    Under the direction of the Crew Supervisor, BMW; these positions will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the campus.

    This is Summer Temporary Job


    Descriptions of Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Performs various maintenance and janitorial duties using commercial vacum cleaners, floor buffers, extractors and other heavy equipment as needed
    • Performs all essential functions of the job such as cleaning and maintaining building, floors, fixtures, walls, which may require moving furniture, etc.
    • Must have the ability to make simple reports and keep records as well as understand and carry out oral and written instructions in accordance with standard safety procedure
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications


    • Minimum of one year experience in the inspection, cleaning and maintenance of furniture, fixtures, offices, and buildings necessary
    • Must possess a valid NJ driver's license
