    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform.

    You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience by promptly addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for identifying and escalating any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.

    Responsibilities

    Requirements
