- The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on modernization efforts and lead integrated capability development teams
- This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or high school diploma with 9 years of experience is required, along with a minimum of 5 years serving in an SBCT or BCT type position
- Develop and maintain fielding tracking timelines for materiel modernization efforts
- Conduct capability-based assessments and provide feedback on milestone documents
- Lead ICDT teams to develop JCIDS analysis and documentation products
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher, or High School Diploma with 9 Years of Experience
- Minimum 5 Years Serving in SBCT or BCT Type Positions while Planning, Resourcing, Performing, and Supervising Training and Leader Development Tasks
- Experience in Company, Battalion, and Brigade Troop Leading Positions or Certified PME or Functional Training Course Instructor Preferred
