    Description

    A lovely family in Alexandria VA is looking for a dependable and skilled Part-Time Nanny to join their home. The perfect candidate will play a vital role in caring for four children after school, aged 14, 12, 8, and 3, ensuring their safety, involvement, and transportation on weekday afternoons. Care will be needed Monday-Friday from 2pm - 7pm, starting immediately.

    The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills and work closely with the family to maintain a well-structured schedule, ensuring all the children's activities and obligations are handled smoothly. The family is searching for a devoted and nurturing individual with a love for enhancing children's lives. The Nanny will be in charge of closely supervising and tending to the children's daily needs. Additional responsibilities involve preparing meals and maintaining a clean and orderly care environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Pick up children from daycare and school
    • Drive children to and from after-school activities
    • Facilitate play and age-appropriate activities
    • Ensure a clean and organized environment
    • Limit screen time for children
    • Collaborate with the family to maintain a harmonious routine
    • Work closely with the family to keep track of children's schedules and commitments

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of childcare experience
    • Clean driving record
    • CPR/First Aid certified
    • Clear criminal background check
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in the English Language

    Benefits

    Pay: $25 per hour
