Our client is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team ASAP. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for their company.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily check runs and organize issued checks efficiently.
• Post and process approved vendor invoices accurately in the accounts payable system.
• Respond promptly to internal and external vendor inquiries, managing unpaid invoices effectively.
• Obtain approvals and verify check addresses before preparing payments for mailing.
• Prioritize invoices based on payment terms and manage general expenses payments.
• Execute vendor payments accurately and reconcile vendor statements regularly.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of working in an office environment
• Accounts Payable experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
