    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the creation and refinement of our standard residential units, aligning product offerings with business objectives and market trends.
    • Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle.
    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and product opportunities, analyzing competitive offerings in Southern California and around the country.
    • Product Roadmap and Budget Management: Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets, overseeing design, prototyping, and testing phases to ensure product specifications are met.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's degree preferred.
    • At least ten years of experience in a product development role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to improve business processes and practices.
