Radiologic Technologist - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift schedule: 4x8 hours from 19:00 to 03:00. The position requires working on Fridays and weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at a Level II trauma center. The candidate will be responsible for performing various radiologic exams throughout the hospital, including fluoro, operating room, and portable imaging services.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic exams on patients of all ages, including adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
• Ensure the proper use of radiologic equipment, including Samsung, Carestream, Siemens, and Phillips machines.
• Administer contrast media and follow radiation safety protocols.
• Document and maintain patient records using the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with medical staff during the imaging process, especially in emergency and trauma situations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience; 2 years strongly preferred.
• BLS and ARRT certifications are required.
• Experience with PACS, portable x-ray systems, C-arms, and contrast exams is mandatory.
• Knowledge of EPIC is required; familiarity with Interlad is preferred.
