    Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking an experiencedInfection Preventionistto join our clinical leadership team.

    The ideal candidate will bring strong long-term care experience, clinical expertise, and the ability to educate and guide nursing staff in infection control and prevention practices.

    Responsibilities:
    Oversee and manage infection prevention and control programs throughout the facilityMonitor residents' clinical status and address infection-related medical needsConduct weekly wound and skin roundsSupport regulatory compliance and ensure clear communication across nursing teamsProvide education and guidance to staff on infection control standards and best practicesMaintain thorough knowledge of nursing principles and clinical care protocolsDemonstrate flexibility to address changing clinical needs and prioritiesQualifications:
    Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredMinimum 3 years of long-term care experience2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred1 year of staff education or training experience preferredStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to supervise staff and promote adherence to infection control practicesFlexibility with scheduling as neededAbout Us:
