Job Overview & Responsibilities :

The PR & Brand Partnerships Intern will be fully immersed in the exciting realm of PR, I nfluencer M arketing, and S ocial M edia . This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and executing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engaging diverse audiences, and establish market differentiation through innovative campaigns and inclusive messaging. A pplicants must be detail oriented, eager to learn , pro-active, and collaborative .

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a genuine interest in PR, communications, social media, and influencer marketing.
• You are an avid online presence and follow influencer and creator trends closely .
• You are creative and excel in ideating engaging social media content.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Research potential influencer partners and make recommendations for partnerships.
• Explore social media trends and propose content ideas to generate excitement around new collection launches.
• Analyze industry trends to gain key insights applicable to strengthening social media, influencer, and PR initiatives.
• Track and organize influencer-generated content for brand use.
• Assist in seeding initiatives and social media giveaways.
• Facilitate PR requests.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• The role of the PR & Brand Partnerships team in driving and executing the launch of new collections and creative campaigns.
• The significance of monitoring trend and industry news and its impact on PR, Brand, and Social strategies.
• Strategic thinking in PR, Brand, Social, and Influencer programs.
• Multitasking and prioritizing essential projects.
• Collaboration across various departments, including Marketing, CRM, Creative, Media & Acquisition, and more.

Qualifications:

• Preferred area of study : Marketing or Communications
• Must have experience with Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Prior fashion, public relations, social media, or corporate office experience is a plus
• Excellent time management skills, prioritization skills and able to multi-task on different projects
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization.

The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment.

Our summer internship program will be in our El Segundo, CA headquarters and will run for 10 weeks from June 10th-August 16th. We operate on a hybrid work schedule where employees must be willing and able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We will not be considering remote or non-local applicants at this time.

The hourly range for this position is $18.00-$22.00. The hourly rate offered will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise , and work location.
