    Research Associate I

    Chahoud Lab:
    Focused on penile and renal cell cancers translational and clinical research.


    The Research Associate I assumes the responsibility of performing basic, biological, behavioral, social science or public health research within the specified research program.

    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others and communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.

    • Ability to conduct data extraction and analysis.
    • Ability to write scientific protocols, summaries, and manuscripts.
    Conduct general laboratory techniques and data analysis.

    • Responsible for preparing manuscripts and presentation of data at local and national meetings. This is done in conjunction with the research staff, research scientists and PI.
    • Responsible for performing a variety of standard laboratory experiments as well as assisting in the development and testing of new laboratory procedures under appropriate supervision.
    • Responsible for drafting letters of intents, protocols, and proposals under appropriate supervision with the research staff and PI.
    Bachelor's Degree is required

    • Field of study: A biological, basic, behavioral, social science or public health research.
    • Hands-on research experience is required
