    Responsibilities of an LPN:

    • Provide nursing care based on the client's plan of care
    • Conduct health and psychosocial evaluations
    • Monitor client's condition and coordinate health services

    Requirements:

    • Two years of LPN experience
    • Two years of experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
    • Active Licensed Practical Nurse license
    • Compliance with all laws and regulations related to resident services
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Availability to work nights and weekends
