- Ability to read and comprehend shop drawings, installation instructions, and construction documents
- Minimum of 1 year of construction experience in framing, drywall, flooring etc.
- Glass/glazing industry experience helpful but not required
- Solid math skills are a plus
- Understand personal safety on a construction site
- Perform essential duties efficiently and safely with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to learn and become a professional glass installation tradesman
- Show initiative and take accountability for the outcome of decisions
