    Payroll Coordinator Requirements:

    • Microsoft Excel-intermediate
    • 4 years experience preparing payroll records for number of employees
    • Working knowledge of ADP or Ceridian Payroll Products, Sage Intacct Accounting Software (preferred)
    • Heavy data entry

    Payroll Coordinator Job Summary:

    • Prepares, processes, and verifies payroll records for several locations within North Texas
    • Computes and disburses wages and salaries, deductions, taxes, and other withholdings
    • Posts payroll data and prepares routine reports
    • Calculates and processes special checks
    • Reviews, edits and makes corrections and adjustments as needed
    • Verifies attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, and posts information to designated records.

    Payroll Coordinator Job Description:

    • Reviews, verifies and reconciles accounts to verify accuracy of records
    • Proofs, posts and files on behalf of the field
    • Performs accounting and data entry functions under the supervision of assigned Accounting Supervisor

    Payroll Coordinator Pay: $22.25/hr

    Payroll Coordinator Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
