    Welcome to our team! We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Front Desk Agent to ensure our guests have a memorable stay at our hotel. Check out the details below:

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out process
    • Handle credit card transactions and cash payments
    • Answer phone calls and provide helpful information to guests
    • Resolve guest complaints and issues effectively
    • Follow hotel policies and procedures for safety and security
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Assist team members as needed

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Customer service experience is a plus
    • Strong communication skills in English
    • Basic math skills
    • Ability to handle various physical demands
