- Analyze layouts of equipment, workflow, and assembly needs to devise methods to maximize efficiency
- Prepare design (hand and CAD) sketches and blueprints of machinery, fixtures, and layouts
- Calculate and analyze lead, takt, and cycle times to optimize production
- Process equipment evaluation, specifications, procurement, and implementation
- Coordinate with production personnel, vendors, and external contractors to implement process improvements (Kaizens)
- Complete supporting documentation, such as poka-yoke, changeover procedures, and welding conditions

- 2+ year's of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in automotive manufacturing, specifically in stamping processes, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and experience with production management systems (e.g., ERP software)
- Structured problem solving experience (5 Why's, 8D) What's on Offer
