- Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions and transports monies to and from the main credit cage.
- Stocks, vacuums, and keeps merchandise neatly displayed.
- Is knowledgeable on all items carried in the retail venue.
- Conducts inventory as needed.
- Assists in new visual display layout.
- Relieves other team members for breaks.
- Handles customer complaints and special requests, informs supervisor immediately of unresolved customer issues.
- Assists with on-the-job training with Retail Clerks.
- Perform all job functions in conjunction with the guidelines described in the Standard Operating Procedures manual to ensure consistent execution of company and department standards.
- Must follow the Customer Service Model at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s).
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
