Description

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages starting at $15 / hour. All Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience.

We are looking for a Concierge to serve act as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff of our senior living community in Sarasota, Florida.

48 hours per two weeks
day/evening shifts; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening
every weekend rotation

Greets and provides courteous assistance to visitors, residents and vendors.
Answers the telephone, takes accurate messages and ensures delivery of message to appropriate person.
Maintains a clean and orderly reception, lobby, and Welcome Room to create the best "first impression" to customers.
Receives and sorts mail.
May type memos, minutes of meetings, letters, etc.
Maintains work orders to ensure timely response to resident requests.
Provides marketing support as requested
One to Three Years – 1 year or more of related work experience in a customer service oriented industry
Computer skills using various Microsoft applications and typing and emailing experience
Strong Customer Service Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
