Job summary
We are looking for full-time Clinical Support hours per week) Staff who align with our mission of reducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression and suicide to join our OP, IOP and PHP clinic in Ashburn, VA. Responsibilities
- Assist the clinical staff in supporting clients in treatment groups and activities
- Supervises the students and ensures that they are being safe to themselves and to those around them
- H Helps clinical staff enforce Group Rules and Norms Rewards praises students for positive behavior Assists students in processing through the students' various issues concerns Develops a healthy meaningful staff/student relationship with each student Advises students regarding problem solving offers healthy coping strategies for dealing with the students' emotions Observes charts student behavior affect participation Comforts supports struggling studnets Listens role models monitors environment surrounding girls at all times safety aware emergency procedures Provides care monitors symptoms individuals moderate high risk suicide Assists Clinical Team Assessing clients suicide risk performing appropriate screening when needed Works create therapeutic environment on shift Punctuality regular attendance essential Other duties assigned
