    TEKsystems is hiring New Business Case Managers to support an influx of business

    Description:

    This position will be on the deferred annuities processing team. They will be reviewing and processing retirement annuities paperwork. This position will be 100% remote. 1st shift - Monday thru Friday; 10am-6:30pm (with a 45 minute lunch). Must be open working 8am-4:30pm for training and cannot miss any time the first 8 weeks due to training.

    Daily Duties:

    • Looking for candidates with strong processing experience and for those that have been held to high production AND quality standards. This role will be held to 90% quality and processing 18-22 cases per day. Quality is a huge piece of this role - if candidates have experience with their work being reviewed by a QA team - that is highly preferred. Also prefer previous Annuity processing experience.
    • Core responsibilities are around relationship management and transaction processing. Responsible for reviewing and processing annuity applications.
    • 75% of this position will be processing - very heads down position and will require strong attention to detail. Will be reviewing applications for accuracy and missing documentation. Will be reviewing retirement annuities paperwork.
    • This process is very manual compared to other companies. Must be comfortable manually inputting information and navigating several computer systems to complete cases. Will be using ADWD systems in que, MainFrame, and KB for knowledge based software.
    • 25% of the role will be communicating with the sales team and agents through phone and email. Very minimal phone communication but must be open to it.
    • This position is the first place new business is processed. Quality and productivity is huge and depends on the success of the company in general.
    • After training, this position will be held to 90% quality, managing 18-22 cases/day and taking 10-15 calls per day. Will work out of a que for calls with sales or agents.
    • With this position being 100% remote - this person must always be on camera in meetings, present, and easy to get a hold of

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Previous annuity processing experience

    Longevity in each position (must be in each role for 2+ years)

    Strong processing experience and being held to production AND quality standards - 2+ years

    Strong attention to detail

    Experience working in a fast paced work environment

    Must be able to work specific hours - see work environment

    Ability to work well from home - reliable internet and home set up
