Job summary
The American Cancer Society is seeking a Coordinator to assist with the operation of a Hope Lodge in Iowa City. The Coordinator will ensure the safety and comfort of guests and volunteers while following all policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities
- Maintains the safety and comfort of Hope Lodge guests, volunteers, and other visitors.
- Performs all guest interactions including referrals, screening check-in orientation stay check-out in strict adherence to Hope Lodge Operations policies.
