    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Performance Manager to enhance the competencies of our Retro Fitness franchise. This individual will be responsible for conducting training programs that boost franchise club performance in alliance with company brand and core values.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet and exceed department sales and revenue goals as set by upper management.
    • Schedule Retro Results staff hours to stay within company budget.
    • Schedule training services for Retro Results.
    • Ensure the overall credibility of Retro Results Fitness service offerings and the entire Retro Fitness Outlet.
    • Lead the Retro Results Coaches by example.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong desire to help others reach their health and fitness goals.
    • Basic understanding of computer systems and programs.
    • Able to conduct training sessions with large and small groups.
    • Ability to work designated shifts as determined by management.
    • Understanding of the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • NASM, ACE, NSCA or ACSM personal training certification.
    • CPR/AED certification.

    Working Environment:

    The majority of the working environment will occur within the Retro Fitness Outlet. However, franchisees or upper management may host outside marketing events that the employee may be scheduled for.

    Supervision:

    This position is supervised by the Retro Fitness General Manager.

    Direct Report:

    This position directly supervises Personal Trainers (Coaches).
