We are seeking a skilled Truck Body Painter Specialist to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hands-on manufacturing work and want to build a career in a dynamic industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for painting and preparing trucks to customer specifications at a high level of skill and quality. They will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, using a variety of tools and equipment to ensure that all vehicles meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Painting and preparing trucks to customer specifications
• Operating various tools and equipment, including cup guns, pressure pots, plural systems, and airless sprayers
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate completion of tasks
• Performing safety and quality checks to maintain a safe working environment
• Setting up and performing preventative maintenance on tools and machines as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills
• Basic experience with paint tools and equipment
• Able to understand and comprehend measurement and read blueprints for special applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing or working on truck bodies is desirable, but not essential. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a manufacturing plant environment, which can be physically demanding. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, use your hands to handle objects, and lift up to 35 pounds. Occasionally, you may sit, bend, stoop, squat, reach overhead, or crawl in confined spaces.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $22/hour, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
