    Edgebrook Care Center

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide care to assigned residents in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to location standards, procedures, and individualized resident care plans.
    • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of all residents on admission and ongoing basis according to state and federal regulations using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation).
    • Demonstrate competence in clinical skills as identified on Competency Verification and Training Checklist.
    • Ensure assigned residents receive ordered medication, treatments, and other procedures within defined time frames, utilizing appropriate infection control procedures.
    • Implement specific approaches to deal with behavior and enhance residents' mood states according to resident care plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
    • Prior work experience in like or related position preferred.
    • Maintain required certification/qualifications and associated standards.

    Salary:

    $35/hour (RNs), flexible scheduling opportunities as a PRN employee.
