• Take over for a recently retired associate
• Experienced staff with no staff turnover
• Hygienists booked out 6 months, doctors booked out 2-3
• Modern office with iTero, CBCT
• Excellent income potential includes $700 initial daily rate, 33% of collections, no lab deductions
• Dentistry based on relationships. This is not high volume/low quality (low fee) dental mill

The successful associate dentist will have at least a year of experience, enjoy building relationships with patients and have a Virginia Dental License.
