- Assist with daily field maintenance of both the grass and artificial field surfaces
- Field Painting
- Set up and breakdown of the field grow light units
- Tarp duties
- Equipment maintenance
- Organization and cleanliness of the grounds shop
- Preparation for games and other stadium events
- Field cleanup and repair following games
- Operation of standard grounds equipment
- Experience in an operations, maintenance, or groundskeeping/landscaping role
- Associates/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Flexibility and availability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in inclement weather including rain, snow, wind, extreme heat or cold
- Valid driver's license

General Description:
The Baltimore Ravens are hiring two seasonal groundskeepers for the 2024 season to assist with the daily maintenance of the Ravens home field at M&T Bank Stadium.
Individuals selected will work in conjunction with other grounds staff members to provide a safe, playable, and aesthetically pleasing field at the stadium.
The Ravens are looking for self-motivated, hardworking individuals who are passionate about the game of football and will be dedicated to the job.
