    This is a great opportunity to work for a fun group of people as the company continues to expand Company specializes in managing both industrial and office properties.

    This position will be supporting Class A office buildings located in beautiful downtown San Jose.

    This position will oversee a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager and Administrative support.
    Responsibilities and Duties
    Maintaining tenant and vendor relations
    Mentoring and developing employees
    Managing tenant and ownership expectations
    Communicating with tenants on various work order requests or escalated facility issues
    Negotiating vendor terms and pricing
    Managing and following up with vendors to ensure appropriate services provided
    Overseeing financials for the properties
    Providing guidance to staff in regard to receivables and payables
    Overseeing CapEx and TI projects
    Reviewing vendor bids and selecting contractors
    Following up with tenants on various requests
    Preparing CAM reconciliations
    Preparing budgets and variance reporting
    Creating cash flow analysis and proformas
    Reviewing financials and providing findings to Ownership
    Providing suggestions to Ownership team of changes or improvements potentially needed
    Communicating with prospective tenants to provide information on space
    Working with Administrator to coordinate property events
    Working on green projects and initiatives
    Qualifications and Skills
    BA or BS degree
    5+ years as a Property Manager in commercial
    CA RE license desired
    Ability to work well with a team
    Ability to work well under deadlines
    Strong customer service skills
