This role performs clerical support for the unit Nurse Manager facilitates communication between patient staff maintains supply levels tracks equipment orders replacements assists patients families with non clinical questions concerns needs provides clerical support completing Advance Directives documents informs physician collaborates Consumer Affairs creates awareness patient satisfaction on unit accessing printing data comments surveys managing public displays handles inquiries issues directs complaints appropriate individual complete information assures environment area free safety concerns reports manager initiates help desk tickets resolve IT issues works resolve equipment problems promotes patient safety participating one-to-one patient observation identifies needs population served modifies delivers care specific those needs communicates patient parent caregiver(s) level development age educational literacy etc adheres Medical Center Organizational Competencies.
Qualifications include high school diploma equivalent proficient computer skills strong organizational detail-oriented facilitating information tasks accurate completion required procedures working rotating schedule/shifts based needs experience front desk reception customer service role proficiency second language preferred HMH committed pay equity transparency team members posted rate pay provided informational purposes only guarantee specific offer base compensation determined time offer may differ posted rate based non-discriminatory factors including labor market data experience education certifications skills geographic location internal equity budget grant funding departmental budgets grant funding associated job position may impact offered.
