Lia Toyota Rockland is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $15-$17/hour based on experience

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

• Organized and ambitious self-starter
• Must be able to work evenings & Saturdays
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred
• NYS DMV billing experience preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Computer literacy
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• Professional personal appearance & positive attitude
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Must have clean & valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phones and send to appropriate person
• Meet and greet customers when they walk in
• Alert proper person if customer has an appointment
• Automotive experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
• Back-up billing when necessary
• Saturdays and Sundays
