    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Soliant Health, a leading healthcare staffing provider, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a reputable school district in Joliet, Illinois. This is a full-time position for the upcoming school year, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in need of speech and language support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific needs
    • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and overall development
    • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
    • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Illinois
    • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
    • Prior experience working in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
