JOB SUMMARY:
CRC is in need of a Knowledge Manager at Fort Meade, Maryland to serve our USCYBERCOM customer

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify Knowledge Management problems and provide an analysis and recommendations report with solutions and implementation strategies.
• Develop, document, and implement repeatable Knowledge Management processes for continual process improvement.
• Assist in the development of Knowledge Management best practices and performance measures.
• Provide expertise in developing Microsoft SharePoint portals, database management, and Microsoft office suite applications.
• Research and document sources of KM training.
• Develop and present Knowledge Management briefings.
• Develop Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for coordinating the flow of information and work with USCYBERCOM training branches to periodically test these TTPs during exercises

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience a Knowledge Manager
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
