- Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours.
- Inspecting the quality of sauces, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushi dishes and informing the Executive Chef when quality is substandard
- Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination
- Communicating with wait staff to ensure that special requests and food allergy considerations are met
- Food Handlers
- Team-service experience is strongly recommended.
