    Description
    *Position Requirements*- Minimum of One (1) year of experience as a sushi chef in a restaurant or similar environment preferred, adequate knowledge of food safety and sanitation, flexible schedule, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    • Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours.
    • Inspecting the quality of sauces, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushi dishes and informing the Executive Chef when quality is substandard
    • Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination
    • Communicating with wait staff to ensure that special requests and food allergy considerations are met
    • Food Handlers
    *Skills and Qualifications
    • Team-service experience is strongly recommended.
    • Ability to take direction from Executive Chef
    • Punctuality and communication

    Job Types:
    Full-time, Part-time


    Pay:
    $ $22.00 per hour
