Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance per work orders efficiently and accurately
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and time estimates
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Service Technician experience required
- Certified General Motors Technician (documentation required)
- ASE Certification required
- A-level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to learn new technology and operate electronic diagnostic equipment
